This bundle comprises:
- A checklist of Fantasy Genre titles for Year 6
- 9 book quizzes with answers
- A book review sheet
- A certificate
I have made these resources for use in my school. We wanted to widen the genres that our children were reading. For each genre, the children read three titles from the booklist. They then complete the quiz and a book review for each title they have read. After this, they work on a creative piece for each book, such as: a picture of their favourite character; a new book cover or a story map. When all of the tasks are complete, the children receive their genre certificate. These can be printed and laminated.
This certificate supports the Year 6 Fantasy Genre bundle. When the children have completed all of their tasks for the Genre, they receive this certificate
This sheet supports the Year 6 Fantasy Genre Bundle. You can write or type the names of the children along the top row. Then, when the child takes one of the books on the list, write the date in and then tick it off when they have completed all of the tasks for that book.
